Click "Add" and select the sldpreview.wlx 7. Click "OK" twice 8. sldpreview.ini is initialized by a copy of the provided template file sldpreview.template.ini during the very first plugin initialization. For WhereIsIt: 1. Unzip the archive to subdirectory "Plugins" of WhereIsIt's main directory 2. Rename sldpreview.wlx to sldpreview.dll 3. When WhereIsIt starts the next time, it will recognize and include the new plugin sldpreview.dll. * Description: --------------- SolidWorks stores a preview bitmap for each configuration. This is typically shown in the File-Open dialog of SolidWorks. The SolidWorks Preview plugin shows the embedded preview bitmap of SolidWorks Assembly, Drawing and Part Documents. It can also be used for the thumbnail view of for Total Commander >= 6.5. Extracting the preview bitmap does not require SolidWorks to be installed.
